How you use it

1. Download and unzip the file, then open the folder of the language you want.
2. Open the DEMO workbook in desktop Excel and read the Guide sheet to see how it works.
3. Open BLANK and save your own working copy; keep the supplied original as a master.
4. On Setup, type your business name, the year you review and the plan start date (amber cells); keep the quarter at 0 until the new year begins.
5. Fill Review, Clients and Reflection to look back; then Goals, Targets and Plan 90 to plan ahead. Or print the PDF worksheets and fill them by hand.
6. During the year, set the current quarter on Setup and type actual values; status, progress and Summary update by themselves. Save dated copies as backups.
