Digital delivery
Files are delivered as soon as payment is confirmed. For this reason, and with the consent you give before paying, the 14-day withdrawal right for digital content is lost once the download begins.
When we refund or replace
If a file is damaged, cannot be opened, is missing from the package described on the product page, or materially differs from its description, write to support@maxoristudio.com with your order number. We will send a corrected file or refund you in full.
How refunds work
Refunds go to the original payment method. When a refund is issued the downloads of that order are switched off and you receive a confirmation e-mail. Banks may take several days to show the refund.
Not covered
A change of mind after download, or a product that works as described but is not what you needed, is not a defect. Please read the product page, including formats, requirements and limits, before buying.
