What we collect
For an order: your e-mail address, the products bought, the amount and the time, and the consent you gave. Card details are handled only by Stripe. We do not require an account.
Why
To deliver your files, send your confirmation and recovery links, handle support and refunds, and keep accounting records required by law.
Who processes it
Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and private file storage, EU region), Vercel (hosting) and Resend (transactional e-mail). We do not sell data and we do not add buyers to marketing lists.
Measurement
We count visits to product pages, cart additions, checkout starts and orders with a first-party counter that uses no cookies. If you accept analytics cookies in the banner, we also use Google Analytics (property maxoristudio.com) to measure page views and the purchase funnel; it is loaded only after you accept and you can change your choice by clearing this site's data. Your language preference is stored in a cookie and your cart in your own browser. If you accept, we also load the Crisp support chat (Crisp IM SAS, France, the same widget as maxoristudio.com): when you write to us it processes the messages and a technical identifier so the conversation can continue; nothing from Crisp is loaded before you accept. You can always write to info@maxoristudio.com instead.
Retention and your rights
Order records are kept as long as needed for support and legal obligations. You can ask us at support@maxoristudio.com for access, correction or deletion where the law allows it.
