Terms of Sale

1. Who we are

These terms apply to purchases of digital products in the MAXORI Shop, operated by HAZ Turismo / MAXORI Studio. Contact: support@maxoristudio.com.

2. Products

Each product page describes what is included, the formats, the requirements, the languages contained in the file and the version. The language in which this site is displayed does not change the language of the file you receive.

Products are digital tools and templates. They are provided as general business aids and do not constitute accounting, tax, legal or financial advice.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown at checkout and are one-time prices. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not receive your card details. An order is confirmed only after the payment has been confirmed.

4. Delivery

Delivery is digital and immediate after payment confirmation: you receive download access on screen and by e-mail. Download links are private, time-limited and may be renewed from the recovery page using the e-mail address of the order.

5. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content that is not on a physical medium, this right is lost once delivery begins with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right. We ask for this consent before payment.

6. Faulty or misdescribed files

If a file is damaged, cannot be opened or materially differs from its description, contact us. We will provide a corrected file or refund the order. Statutory rights that cannot be excluded are not affected.

7. Licence

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files for your own business and your own clients. You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute the files or derivatives that substantially reproduce them. All rights remain with MAXORI.

8. Liability

We take care to deliver working files. We are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of the data you enter or the results the tools calculate, which you should verify. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Support

Support is provided by e-mail at support@maxoristudio.com and covers use of the delivered files. Software subscriptions are governed by separate terms.

10. Law and changes

These terms are governed by the law applicable to the seller, without removing the mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence. We may update these terms; the version you accepted is stored with your order.
