How you use it
- Download and unzip your purchase and open the folder of your language.
- Write your details on the fill-in sheet (page 2) and keep the waitlist sheet (page 3) and the slot log (page 4) next to your diary.
- When a slot opens, open the TXT file, copy the message you need and replace every {placeholder}.
- Delete sentences that do not apply, such as how you offer slots, then send the message yourself and note the result in the log.
Questions
Which languages are included?
English, Italian, Spanish, French and German. Each language has its own folder with the same set of files. The translations are not native-speaker reviewed.
How is this different from the no-show policy kit?
This kit is about filling a free slot: a waitlist sheet, a slot log and messages to invite, offer, confirm and politely decline. The no-show policy kit covers missed, late and cancelled appointments, with only one waitlist offer among its moments.
Can I type into the PDF?
No. The PDF is for reading and printing, and the waitlist sheet and log are meant to be written by hand. Copy and edit the messages from the TXT file.
Is this legal advice?
No. These are general templates and a writing aid. Check your local rules on data protection, consent for messages and cancellation fees.

Good to know
- General communication templates, not legal advice: rules on data protection, consent to messages, cancellation fees and deposits differ by country and may apply to waitlists and slot offers, so check your local rules.
- A waitlist does not guarantee a client a slot, and the messages say so; they contain no discounts, results or health promises. Any offer you add is your own decision.
- The translations (English, Italian, Spanish, French, German) are not native-speaker reviewed; have a native speaker read your final version before sending. Some texts use feminine forms for the client; adapt them if you write to a male client.
- The PDFs are for reading and printing; the waitlist sheet and the log are filled in by hand and have no fillable fields. Edit the texts using the TXT files.
- The messages do not send themselves: you copy and send them yourself, and nothing connects to any booking or messaging platform.
- No Word, Canva or Google Docs file is included.
- For your own use in your own business; reselling or redistributing the files is not allowed.
- A one-time digital download, separate from the MAXORI online software.
