How you use it
- Download and unzip your purchase and open the folder of your language.
- Write your details on the fill-in sheet (page 2) and build your policy line with the policy wording builder (page 3).
- Open the TXT file, copy the message and tone you need and replace every {placeholder}.
- Delete sentences that do not apply, such as the fee sentence if you charge no fee, and note the event in the log (page 4).
Questions
Which languages are included?
English, Italian, Spanish, French and German. Each language has its own folder with the same set of files. The translations are not native-speaker reviewed.
Does the kit say how much to charge for a missed appointment?
No. You decide whether to charge anything and how much. The fee messages use the {fee_amount} placeholder for your own figure, and you can delete them if you charge no fee.
Can I type into the PDF?
No. The PDF is for reading and printing, and the fill-in sheet, policy builder and log are meant to be written by hand. Copy and edit the messages from the TXT file.
Is this legal advice?
No. These are general templates and a writing aid. Check your local rules on fees, deposits and messaging clients, and state your policy before the appointment.
