How you use it
- Download and unzip your purchase, then open the folder of your language and choose A4 or US Letter.
- Print the BLANK PDF at actual size. Fill in the closing plan, then work through the six closing sheets and the climate sheet that fits your place, ticking each task with date and initials.
- Sign off the closing page, keep a dated copy and tell the people on your contact list.
- When you return, follow the five opening sheets in order, log what you find on the issues page and keep the copy to compare next season.

Which languages are included?
English, Italian, Spanish, French and German. Each language has its own folder with the same set of files.
How is this different from the cleaning and turnover products?
Those are for cleaning and inspecting between guests. This checklist is for the once-a-season job: shutting a property down safely for weeks or months and bringing it back into use. Cleaning and Housekeeping Checklists and the Maintenance and Supplier Log work well alongside it.
Can I type into the PDFs?
No. Print them and write by hand, or copy the lists from the TXT file and edit them.
Is this insurance, legal or safety advice?
No. Every task is a prompt to think about. Check your policy, your contracts, local rules and your equipment manuals, and ask a qualified professional when in doubt.
