How you use it
- Download and unzip your purchase, then open the folder of your language.
- Print the BLANK PDF at actual size (A4 or US Letter), or open the Excel BLANK workbook and enter your properties and cleaners on the Setup sheet.
- For each visit, work through the turnover master list and the room sheets, and tick or mark every task. In Excel, pick done, problem or not applicable in each row.
- Count linen and supplies against your par levels, complete the sign-off page and keep the dated copy or workbook as your record.

How is this different from the Turnover and Inspection Printable Kit?
The Turnover and Inspection kit is an English-only set of worksheets to plan a turnover, inspect rooms, report issues and record a READY or HOLD handover decision. This product is the cleaner's working checklists: a master list and a checklist per room, deep-clean grids, linen and restock counts and a sign-off page, plus an Excel version with a cleaning schedule, in five languages. They work well together.
Which languages are included?
English, Italian, Spanish, French and German. Each language has its own folder with the PDFs, the two Excel workbooks and a START-HERE.txt.
Can I type into the PDFs?
No. They are printable pages to fill in by hand. For typing, use the Excel workbook.
Does it work in Google Sheets or LibreOffice?
The workbooks were tested in Microsoft Excel. Other apps may open them but were not tested.
Can I use it for my business?
Yes, for your own business use. Reselling or distributing the files is not permitted.

Requirements
A PDF reader and a printer (A4 or US Letter paper). Microsoft Excel for the workbooks; they were tested in Excel and other spreadsheet apps may behave differently. Software is not included.

Good to know
- The PDFs are static printable pages, not fillable forms. Only the A4 PDF has a filled example; US Letter is included as a blank version.
- The Excel workbooks use drop-down tick cells (done / problem / not applicable), not checkbox controls. No macros, no cloud sync and no app.
- Formula cells in Excel are locked without a password; the yellow input cells stay editable.
- The lists are general: adapt every task to your own property and follow the label instructions of each cleaning product.
- A general working aid, not legal, health or safety advice. Check your local rules and your agreement with your cleaner.
- All names and data in the EXAMPLE and DEMO files are fictional. For your own business use; reselling or distributing the files is not allowed.
