How you use it

1. Download and unzip, open the folder for your language and try the DEMO workbook first.
2. Open the BLANK workbook in desktop Microsoft Excel and save a working copy. In Setup, enter your properties (up to 10); the lists for status, priority, trade and frequency are ready and can be renamed.
3. Add your suppliers, then log each problem in Issues with property, priority, status, supplier, due date and cost. Fill in Completed when it is fixed.
4. List recurring jobs in Maintenance with the date they were last done, and appliances in Appliances with purchase date and warranty months.
5. Open the Dashboard to see what is overdue, what is due soon and what each property has cost. Print the PDF emergency sheet, fill it in by hand and keep a copy in each property.
