An Excel (XLSX) workbook for salons, barbers and beauty studios to manage the consumables used up in treatments: colour, treatment products, towels, gloves, foils, disposables, cleaning, nail and waxing supplies. Set a minimum stock, a target stock and a supplier for each item and the workbook flags what to reorder, suggests the quantity (rounded to the pack size), counts open orders, keeps a supplier directory with lead times and minimum orders, logs every order with its cost and sums consumables spend by month, category and supplier. Each language comes as a fictional DEMO and an empty BLANK workbook, in English, Italian, Spanish, French and German.

How you use it

1. Download and extract the ZIP, open your language folder and the DEMO workbook to see how it works.
2. Open the BLANK workbook, save a working copy and fill Setup: business name, currency label, first month of the 12-month summary, and your category and unit lists.
3. In Suppliers add each supplier with contact, lead time in days and minimum order value. In Items add one row per consumable with supplier, unit cost, pack size, minimum stock, target stock and current stock.
4. Record each order in Order Log with its status: Ordered while it is on its way, Received when it arrives (then update the stock count), Cancelled if it falls through.
5. Read the Dashboard for the reorder list, open orders and spend, and fix anything shown in the Input check columns.
