How you use it
- Download and unzip your purchase on a desktop computer.
- Open OPEN-MAXORI.html in Chrome or Edge and explore the fictional demo records.
- In Setup & backup, download a backup if you wish, then choose Start an empty register and set your studio name and currency (EUR, USD or GBP).
- Issue a package or gift balance with a unique reference, recipient, issue date, optional expiry and starting amount.
- Open a record to record each use, reverse a mistake, or download the client PDF.
- Export the history as CSV and download a JSON backup regularly.
Questions
Is this an Excel or Google Sheets template?
No. It is an HTML app that runs offline in your desktop browser. It exports a history CSV, which spreadsheet software can open, and client PDF statements.
Can I sell gift vouchers and take payment with it?
No. It tracks the balance you have promised. It does not take payments, process refunds or validate vouchers online; you handle the sale yourself.
What happens if I record a use by mistake?
Select Reverse use, enter the correction date and a reason. The whole original use is restored once, and both entries stay visible. To fix an amount, reverse the wrong use and record the right one.
Where is my data stored, and can I use it on my phone?
Locally in your browser, on the device and profile you use. It does not sync between devices, and mobile use is not validated. Download a JSON backup regularly to protect your records.

Requirements
A current desktop browser (Chrome or Edge; the Windows Chromium workflow was checked) with local file access and storage enabled. No installation, account or internet connection needed.

Good to know
- One-time digital download of an offline tool, not the MAXORI online software: no cloud sync, no multi-user access, one register per browser profile.
- A balance is an entitlement, not income or cash received. The tool does not process purchases, payments, cash refunds, online bookings or online redemption.
- A package holds whole sessions of a single treatment. Partial reversals, transfers, expiry amendments and mixed-treatment packages are not included, and issue details cannot be edited once saved.
- Data is stored unencrypted in your browser on your device, with no password protection: clearing browser data or switching browser or profile can lose it, so keep JSON backups. Do not store medical or sensitive treatment information.
- The PDF is a dated snapshot, not an online gift card; nothing is sent to clients automatically. You set your own lawful terms and expiry policy, and the tool carries no regulatory certification.
- Interface in English only; currencies EUR, USD or GBP. macOS/Safari, mobile and physical printing are not validated.
- Screens in the listing use fictional clients and amounts; for use within your own business, no resale of the tool.
This is a downloadable digital product, not online software. It does not need an account and is not part of the MAXORI Software subscriptions.
