How you use it
- Download and unzip your purchase and open the folder of your language.
- Print the PDF at actual size on A4 or US Letter paper and cross out items that do not apply to your salon.
- Print one opening and one closing sheet for each working day, tick the items, add the time and your initials and note problems.
- Use the weekly and monthly lists on a fixed day, and the sign-off pages for an overview; copy the blank pages for your own lists.
Questions
Which languages are included?
English, Italian, Spanish, French and German. Each language has its own folder with the same files. The translations are not native-speaker reviewed.
Does it make my salon compliant with hygiene rules?
No. These are general organisational checklists. Hygiene, waste, fire safety and data rules differ by country, so check your local rules and add them to your own lists.
Can I change the items?
Yes, by hand: cross out items and write your own on the three blank pages, then copy them. There is no editable file and the PDFs have no fillable fields.
How is it different from the consultation form and the staff schedule planner?
The consultation form records client preferences and the schedule planner plans shifts. This product is the daily routine of opening and closing the salon.
