How you use it
- Download and unzip your purchase and open the folder of your language.
- Print the PDF at actual size on A4 or US Letter paper and cross out items that do not apply to your salon.
- Print one daily log for each working day, tick the items, write the time, initial them and note any problem.
- Do the weekly and monthly lists on a fixed day, tick the monthly sheet and check the week on the sign-off sheet; copy the blank pages for your own lists.
Questions
Which languages are included?
English, Italian, Spanish, French and German. Each language has its own folder with the same files. The translations are not native-speaker reviewed.
Does it make my salon compliant with hygiene rules?
No. It is a general organisational log to record that your own cleaning routine was done. Hygiene rules differ by country and region and are not covered: check your local requirements and the instructions of your products and tools.
Can I change the items?
Yes, by hand: cross out items and write your own on the three blank pages, then copy them. There is no editable file and the PDFs have no fillable fields.
How is it different from the opening and closing checklists?
The opening and closing checklists cover the general routine at the start and end of the day. This product is a signable cleaning record: daily, weekly and monthly, with stations, towels, waste and restroom.
