Between paydays it is hard to know how much is really free once rent, bills and savings are set aside, and spending apps often count income that has not arrived yet.

What you get
- Overview shows Safe to Spend, recorded balance, unpaid bills through payday, reserved savings, any shortfall and a per-day estimate before payday
- Future income is excluded: only money marked Received counts, so the figure is cautious

How you use it
- Extract the ZIP into a permanent folder and open OPEN-MAXORI.html in a desktop browser with JavaScript and local storage enabled. Nothing to install.
- Choose your language, then try a DEMO JSON from Setup & backup > Restore backup (or the Load fictional example button) to see how it works.
- Download a backup, restore the BLANK file for your language (it replaces the records), then enter your opening balance, currency code, review date and next payday.
- Add income (mark Received only when it arrived), bills with due dates, savings reserves and debts. Update the review date and payday before each spending decision.
- Download a dated JSON backup regularly and keep it in a safe folder.
Questions
Is this a spreadsheet or an app?
It is an offline app in a single HTML file that you open in your desktop browser. The package contains no Excel or Google Sheets file.
Does it connect to my bank or sync between devices?
No. You enter everything by hand. Data stays in your browser on that device, unencrypted, and you move it between devices yourself with a JSON backup.
Which languages does it support?
The app interface and the PDF guides come in English, Italian, Spanish, French and German. You pick the language from the selector at the top right.
How do I keep my data safe?
Use Download backup in Setup & backup regularly and keep dated JSON files in a safe folder, especially before moving or renaming the HTML file, changing browser or device, or clearing browser data.
Why is my future salary not counted?
By design. Future income is not cash yet, so only income you mark as Received raises the figure. This keeps the Safe to Spend amount cautious.
Can I use it on my phone or Mac?
It was designed for desktop browsers. Phones, tablets and Mac were not tested, so we cannot promise they work.

Requirements
A desktop browser with JavaScript and local storage enabled. No installation, account or internet connection needed. Verified in a headless Chromium browser opening the file locally; other browsers, Mac, phones and tablets were not tested.

Good to know
- Planning estimate only: not accounting, not financial advice and not a guarantee that spending is safe.
- Data is kept unencrypted in your browser on one device and one file location (localStorage). Clearing site data, changing browser or device, or moving or renaming the HTML file can make records unavailable, so keep JSON backups.
- No bank connection, no import of transactions, no cloud sync, no reminders, no recurring payments and no automatic date advance: review date and payday are changed by you.
- One currency per ledger: changing the currency code only relabels amounts and does not convert them.
- Debt records are informational (balance, rate, minimum): no interest or payoff schedule, and they reserve nothing until you add each repayment as a bill.
- CSV contains income and expenses only; the JSON file is the complete backup. Browser print / PDF, phones, tablets and Mac were not verified.
- It is an HTML app, not an Excel or Google Sheets file and not a Canva template. Personal and household use; no resale or redistribution.
This is a downloadable digital product, not online software. It does not need an account and is not part of the MAXORI Software subscriptions.
