What you get

- Corrections keep an audit trail: payments are reversed rather than overwritten
- Download and restore a JSON backup, export the selected month as CSV or as a calendar file (.ics), or print the calendar from your browser
How you use it
- Download and extract the whole ZIP, then open START-HERE.html and OPEN-MAXORI.html in desktop Chrome or Edge. No installation or account is needed.
- Optionally load the fictional demo from Setup & backup to explore it, then choose Start empty before entering your own data.
- Pick your currency (EUR, USD or GBP), then add each bill with provider, amount, first due date, frequency and cancellation notice.
- Record payments, review the calendar and the Renewal decisions view, and use the checklist before a renewal.
- Download a JSON backup at the end of each session and keep it in a separate place.
Questions
Is this an Excel or Google Sheets file?
No. It is an offline HTML app you open in desktop Chrome or Edge. The package has no Excel workbook.
Will it cancel subscriptions or remind me automatically?
No. It shows due dates and notice deadlines, but it sends no reminders and cancels nothing. You contact the provider yourself and can record the request and confirmation in the app.
Where is my data stored?
In your own browser on your computer, unencrypted. There is no account or cloud. Download JSON backups regularly and keep them separately.
Can I see my bills in my calendar app?
You can export the selected month as a calendar file (.ics) and import it manually. It is a snapshot, not a live sync.
Is it the same as the Connected Finance app?
No. This is a focused bills and renewals tool with renewal decisions, price history and a renewal checklist. It has no cash ledger, quotes or invoices.

Requirements
A desktop browser, Chrome or Edge recommended, with local storage enabled. No installation, account or internet connection needed to use the app. Other browsers, tablets and phones are not tested.

Good to know
- It does not connect to your bank, send notifications or emails, make payments or cancel services. Cancellation deadlines are estimates from the notice period you enter: check each provider's actual terms.
- Data is stored unencrypted in your browser on one device (single user, no cloud sync). Private browsing, clearing site data or moving files can make records unavailable, so keep JSON backups.
- The calendar file (.ics) and the CSV are snapshots you import or open manually; they do not sync and must be replaced when plans change.
- One currency per workspace (EUR, USD or GBP) with no conversion. Capacity: up to 200 bills and 10,000 payments.
- Forecasts use your entered schedules and prices; they are estimates, not savings or financial advice.
- Not an Excel or Google Sheets file, and not accounting software. For use within one household or one business; no resale or redistribution.
This is a downloadable digital product, not online software. It does not need an account and is not part of the MAXORI Software subscriptions.
