How you use it
- Download and unzip your purchase and open the folder of your language.
- Write your details once on the fill-in sheet (page 2 of the PDF): property, address, access, Wi-Fi, contact.
- Open the TXT file, copy the message for the moment you need (short for chat, long for email) and replace every {placeholder}.
- Delete lines that do not apply to your property and adapt the wording to your own style before you send.

Which languages are included?
English, Italian, Spanish, French and German. Each language has its own folder with the same set of files.
What is the difference between short and long messages?
The short version fits a chat or a quick reply. The long version suits email or a booking platform message and has a subject line and more detail.
Can I type into the PDF?
No. The PDF is for reading and printing, and the fill-in sheet is meant to be written by hand. Copy and edit the messages from the TXT file.
Is this legal advice?
No. These are general templates. Check your local law and your booking platform's terms before using them.
