How you use it

1. Download and unzip, then open the folder of your language and read START-HERE.txt.
2. Print the BLANK PDF at actual size (A4 or US Letter) and fill in the forms by hand with each guest.
3. Open the BLANK workbook in desktop Excel, type your room names in the Lists sheet and enter your items.
4. After each stay, record any damage in the check-out report and add a line to the Breakage-Missing sheet.
