How you use it
- Download the files and open the Read Me for the list of all 32 signs.
- Pick the sign you need: A5 pages are pages 1-16 of each print PDF, US Letter sheets are pages 17-32.
- Print at 100% / Actual Size (no Fit to Page), on A5 paper or on A4 or US Letter and trim to A5.
- Frame or display the sign in your property. Matte photo paper or good cardstock is recommended.
Questions
How many signs are included?
32 distinct signs: 16 in Part 1 (guest and facilities) and 16 in Part 2 (safety, waste and wayfinding), each supplied as a JPG and in the print PDFs.
What formats do I get?
Two ZIP files with the JPG signs, two print-ready PDFs (A5 pages and US Letter sheets with crop marks) and a Read Me PDF. There are no editable files.
Can I print on A4 or US Letter paper?
Yes. On A4, print the A5 page at 100% centered and trim if you like. On US Letter, print pages 17-32 at 100% and trim on the crop marks; the finished sign is A5.
Can I use the emergency signs as official safety signage?
No. They are decorative designs and do not replace legally required or certified signage. Always follow the local requirements for your property.
Can I change the text or language?
No. The signs are finished artwork in English and cannot be edited.

Any printer and any PDF viewer or image viewer. Print at 100% / Actual Size. For best visual results use a final size of A5 or smaller. Screen and printer colors can vary.

Good to know
- Signs are fixed designs with English text: not editable and not a sign builder. There is no Canva or other template file.
- Safety note from the product: decorative safety-related signs (emergency exit, first aid, fire extinguisher, emergency call) are not a substitute for legally required or certified safety signage. Follow the building, fire, accessibility and emergency-signage rules of your location.
- The emergency number 112 is used in the design; verify that it is appropriate for your property and jurisdiction before displaying it.
- Best at A5 or smaller; individual JPGs have slightly different proportions, so keep the aspect ratio when printing them. The print PDFs preserve each design.
- License: for properties or hospitality businesses you own or directly manage. No resale, sharing, redistribution, template or print-on-demand use.
