Real screens of the product with fictional example data. The file you download is editable or printable as described above.

A one-time digital download for freelancers, consultants and small studios who write proposals for clients: a one-page proposal outline (client goal, problem, proposed solution, scope in and out, timeline, price options, terms placeholders and next steps), the same page filled in with a fictional example, a full 12-section outline with questions to answer, a before-you-send checklist and a TXT wording bank with 25 ready phrases for the opening, showing you understood the problem, scope boundaries, explaining the price and the closing. Everything is in English, Italian, Spanish, French and German, as printable PDF (A4 and US Letter) and as TXT to copy and edit. It is a set of writing aids, not a contract and not legal advice.

The problem it solves

A proposal is easy to postpone: you are not sure what to include, scope limits stay vague, and explaining the price in words is harder than writing the number.

Who it is for

Freelancers, consultants, designers, developers and small studios who send proposals and want a clear structure and ready wording instead of a blank page.

What you get

  • A one-page outline covers the whole proposal: client goal, problem, solution, what is and is not included, timeline, price options, terms and next steps
  • The same page filled in with a fictional example (a newsletter set-up for a small garden centre), so you can see how each block is written
  • A full outline with 12 sections, each with questions to answer, for bigger projects
  • 25 ready phrases in 5 groups: opening, showing you understood the problem, scope boundaries, explaining the price and closing with a call to action
  • A 9-point before-you-send checklist and terms placeholders to fill in and adapt to your local law
  • English, Italian, Spanish, French and German in one download, so you can write to clients in their language

How you use it

  1. Download and unzip your purchase and open your language folder.
  2. Fill in the one-page outline for your project (print the PDF, or copy the text from the TXT). For a bigger project, work through the full outline.
  3. Open the TXT wording bank, copy the phrases you need and replace every [placeholder] with your own details.
  4. Run the before-you-send checklist, send the proposal and agree the final terms with your client in writing.

Questions

Which languages are included?

English, Italian, Spanish, French and German. Each language has its own folder with the same set of files. The translations are not native-speaker reviewed.

What is the difference between the one-page and the full outline?

The one-page outline is a short fill-in page for smaller projects: nine blocks from client goal to next steps. The full outline has 12 sections, each with questions that help you write the content, for bigger or more formal proposals.

Does it calculate prices or quotes?

No. It helps you structure and word a proposal, including how to present two or three price options. To calculate a quote, see the Quote & Estimate Builder, sold separately.

Can I edit the PDF?

No, the PDFs are for reading and printing. Copy the texts from the TXT file into your own document and edit them there.

Is it a contract or legal advice?

No. It is a set of writing aids. Contracts, deposits, cancellation and ownership depend on your country and your agreements, so check yours or ask a professional.

What is included

  • Five language folders (EN, IT, ES, FR, DE), each with a 6-page PDF on A4 and on US Letter
  • One-page proposal outline (blank) and the same page filled with a fictional example
  • Full proposal outline: 12 sections with questions and space to write (2 pages)
  • Before-you-send checklist (9 points) and terms placeholders
  • A TXT wording bank with 25 phrases in 5 groups, plus the outlines and the example as plain text, and START-HERE.txt in each folder and one at the top of the ZIP

Requirements

A PDF reader and a printer, or any text editor for the TXT file. Print at actual size on A4 or US Letter paper. No Word file is included and the PDFs are not fillable forms.

Version 1.0

Good to know

  • Not a contract and not legal advice. A proposal can become part of an agreement in some places, and rules on contracts, payment, cancellation, consumer protection and tax differ by country: adapt every term to your local law and have important agreements reviewed by a qualified professional.
  • The kit sets no prices and promises no result. The amounts, dates and names in the example are fictional: write only claims, experience and prices you can stand behind.
  • The translations (English, Italian, Spanish, French, German) are not native-speaker reviewed; have a native speaker read your final version.
  • The PDFs are for reading and printing, not editable documents. Edit the texts in the TXT file.
  • Contract checklists and scope-of-work templates, quote calculation and client emails are not included: they are covered by separate MAXORI products.
  • No Word or Canva file is included. For your own use in your own business; no resale or redistribution.

This is a downloadable digital product, not online software. It does not need an account and is not part of the MAXORI Software subscriptions.
