1 / 9An offline browser tool for holiday-rental hosts to build three printable A5 signs (welcome, house rules, check-out) on 30 watercolour designs, with your property name or logo. Interface and sign text switch between English, Italian, Spanish, French and German. One-time digital download with a PDF quick-start guide.
The problem it solves
Guests ask the same questions about arrival, rules and departure, and making clear, good-looking signs in several languages usually takes design skills or a Canva subscription.
Who it is for
Holiday-rental hosts, guesthouse and B&B owners and property managers who want branded signs for their own properties without design software.
What you get
- Three sign types in one builder: welcome sign, house rules and check-out instructions, each with ready-made starting text you can edit
- 30 watercolour designs: switch design at any time and your text stays in place
- Interface and sign text in English, Italian, Spanish, French and German
- Add your property name and tagline, or upload your own logo; adjust fonts, sizes, list markers, alignment and vertical position
- Runs offline in your browser: no installation, account, subscription or Canva; nothing is uploaded
How you use it
- Extract the whole ZIP and keep the MAXORI-SYSTEM-FILES-DO-NOT-DELETE folder next to OPEN-MAXORI.html.
- Open OPEN-MAXORI.html in a desktop browser and choose the sign type, design and language.
- Enter your property name, optional tagline or logo, then edit the text, one line per item (up to 10).
- Use Print / Save PDF and choose A5 portrait at 100% scale. Print one test sign first.
