A downloadable offline editor that builds a complete website for a roofing and waterproofing business: a home page where the opening photo is cut to a gable (a house silhouette) in front of a terracotta gable, a “What is happening to your roof?” row that leads to your services, little-house service cards, job cards with a pitched corner and filter tabs plus one page per job with enlargeable photos, your way of working drawn as a slope that climbs, a slate request band, team, areas you work in, opening hours, FAQ, a contact page with a form that prepares a WhatsApp or e-mail message, and a fixed WhatsApp / call / e-mail bar on phones, in five languages (Spanish, Italian, English, French and German). You write the texts, choose the photos and download a ZIP of static files to publish on your own hosting. One-time download, no account, no subscription and nothing hosted by MAXORI. A social-media profile or a directory listing does not show your services, finished roofs and areas in one place, and someone with a leak wants to see quickly who you are and how to reach you. A website of your own builds trust, but themes and site builders are often complicated, slow to set up or charged by the month.

  • A “What is happening to your roof?” row that leads visitors to the right service, a climbing slope for your way of working, a three-step request band, team cards and area tags
  • Visitors describe the case (what they need, place, timing) and get a ready WhatsApp and/or e-mail message to send you; on phones a fixed bar offers WhatsApp, call and e-mail; it is never a confirmed visit, an order, a contract or a price
  • Four styles (Tile, Slate, Zinc, Moss) with Bricolage Grotesque and Figtree included (OFL), a choice of fonts, text size and a style for each part (italic, bold), responsive on phone and desktop, with basic SEO (titles, descriptions, alternative texts, structured data) and a legal notice page
  • You publish static files on any hosting you like: no database, no PHP, no cookies and no external services

How you use it

  1. Download and unzip the package into a folder on your computer.
  2. Open OPEN-MAXORI.html in your browser and choose your language.
  3. Fill in your business, services, jobs with photos, way of working, team, hours, contact and legal details; check the preview as you go.
  4. Download the website as a ZIP and keep your .maxori project file as your backup.
  5. Upload the files to your hosting (file manager or FTP) or to a static-site platform, following the guide, or order the optional installation and publishing service (39 € VAT included, paid separately).

Questions

Do you install and publish the site for me?

Not as part of the kit. Installation and publishing is a separate optional service: 39 € VAT included, for a site you have already exported, on compatible static hosting you already have. It does not include buying a domain or hosting, content, translations or later changes. The 12-month support included in the kit only covers how to use the editor and the guide; it does not include doing the publishing for you. If you do not order the service, you publish the site yourself following the guide. To order it, write to info@maxoristudio.com before you start. The service is provided on request, only after we have checked that your hosting is compatible.

Do I need hosting?

Yes. The kit generates the files of your website; you upload them to your own hosting or to a static-site platform. The guide explains the steps.

Does it work without internet?

The editor works offline. You only need internet to upload the finished site to your hosting.

Can clients book a visit, get a price or sign a contract on the site?

No. Visitors send an enquiry as a WhatsApp or e-mail message and you answer with your own quote. The kit calculates nothing, shows no prices, books no visits and takes no payments.

Does it show guarantees, certifications, emergency promises or customer reviews?

Not by itself. The kit only shows what you write: you may add company details such as your registration or insurance (one line each) if you have them, but it adds no guarantees, certifications, response-time promises or reviews.

Which languages does it include?

The editor and the generated website are available in five languages (Spanish, Italian, English, French and German). You write the content for each language.

What happens if I want to change something later?

Open your .maxori project file in the editor, change what you need, download the new ZIP and upload the files again.

Can I use it for my clients’ businesses?

Yes, for roofing and waterproofing businesses that you own, run or manage for clients, under the licence included. You may not resell or redistribute the editor.

What support and updates are included?

For 12 months from purchase: e-mail support at info@maxoristudio.com on how to use the editor and the guide, and new versions of this same kit (fixes, adaptation to new browsers, small improvements), sent on request with your order number. Not included: customising your site, publishing it for you (only through the separate paid service, 39 € VAT included), domains, DNS, e-mail or managing your hosting.

Requirements

A desktop browser able to open a local HTML file. Tested with the Chrome/Edge (Chromium), Firefox and Safari (WebKit) engines on a computer, and the generated site at phone screen sizes; not tested on physical phones or tablets. You need your own hosting or a static-site platform to publish (not included). A domain is optional. No internet connection is needed to use the editor.

Good to know

  • It is a website generator, not a quoting or booking system: no price calculation, no payments, no contracts, no online diary and no synchronisation with other platforms. It shows no prices, guarantees, certifications, 24-hour emergency promises or reviews unless you write them yourself.
  • Enquiries are prepared as WhatsApp messages and are not stored on any server. There is no email form.
  • Texts, jobs, hours and areas are written by you; they change only when you download and upload the site again.
  • Texts are not translated automatically: you write or check each language yourself.
  • The generated legal page is a general template and does not replace professional advice.
  • Hosting, domain and publishing on your behalf are not included. Installation and publishing by MAXORI is a separate optional paid service (39 € VAT included); without it you publish the site yourself following the guide. For one owner; the editor cannot be resold or redistributed.

This is a downloadable digital product, not online software. It does not need an account and is not part of the MAXORI Software subscriptions.
