How you use it
- Download and extract the ZIP, then open the BLANK workbook in desktop Excel and save a working copy, or open the DEMO file to explore the example data first.
- To use Google Sheets instead, open GOOGLE-SHEETS-ACCESS.pdf, choose Make a blank copy or Make a demo copy, sign in to Google and select Make a copy.
- On the Settings sheet, choose a Fixed or Live report date and your default currency.
- Add your CV versions on Documents, then add each opportunity on Applications.
- Add interviews and follow-ups with the same application ID, then open Today to see what needs attention.

Does it work in Excel and Google Sheets?
Yes. The ZIP contains Excel XLSX files for desktop Excel. The included PDF has links to make your own editable Google Sheets copy of the BLANK or DEMO template.
What is the difference between BLANK and DEMO?
BLANK is empty and ready for your real applications. DEMO is the same workbook filled with fictional companies and dates so you can explore how it works.
Does it send me reminders?
No. Open the Today sheet to see overdue and due items, then send your own messages and mark follow-ups as Done.
How many records can I keep?
Up to 250 applications, plus 250 rows each for interviews, follow-ups, documents and offers.

- The Google Sheets copies are made from two view-only templates linked in the PDF; a Google account is needed, and your copy lives in your own Drive.
- No currency conversion: enter amounts consistently and compare offers in one currency.
- Each table has room for 250 records; keep headings and formula cells in place and sort whole tables, never a single column.
- Duplicate warnings are a prompt to review, not proof; the tracker does not merge or delete records for you.
- The tracker stores references to your CV files, not the documents themselves. For your own use; no resale or redistribution.
